All equipment supplied by Tam Phat JSC is warranted to the manufacturer's standards, with a clear intake and processing procedure.
01Warranty Conditions
- Within the period stated on the warranty card, the manufacturer's products will be warranted, repaired, and have parts replaced free of charge for any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used normally.
- The warranted product must have been supplied by the authorized manufacturer/distributor and installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual.
- Warranty service will only be provided when the customer presents a fully completed warranty card to our warranty staff.
02Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty
- Failure to present the warranty card at the time of repair.
- Information on the warranty card is incomplete or does not match the actual product.
- Damage caused by transportation, natural disasters, chemical exposure, or the product being dropped or subjected to external impact.
- Defects caused by unauthorized installation, improper use or storage, or failure to follow the instruction manual or warnings displayed on the product.
- Natural wear and tear during use, or unsuitable environmental conditions where the product is installed.
After the warranty period expires, the customer shall pay for any repair or replacement costs in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
