To make ordering and delivery more convenient for our customers, we would like to set out the following delivery and receiving regulations.
01Delivery Policy
- Customers may collect their orders at our store or have them delivered to the address they request.
- If a customer wishes to receive the order at another location (a construction site, etc.), we will arrange delivery to that location using the services of a shipping company.
- Shipping costs are paid in full (100%) by the customer.
- For deliveries within inner Hanoi, we cover 100% of the shipping cost.
02Receiving Policy
- Upon receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods.
- Please notify the delivery staff immediately if you notice any damage, scratches, breakage, or dents that occurred during shipping.
