01Delivery Policy
- You can collect your order from our store or have it delivered to your requested address.
- If you would like to receive your order at another location (production site, etc.), we will arrange delivery through shipping companies.
- Customers are responsible for 100% of shipping costs.
- For deliveries within inner Hanoi, we cover 100% of shipping costs.
02Goods Receipt Policy
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt.
- Please notify the delivery staff immediately of any damage, scratches, breakage or deformation caused during shipping.
