To offer customers added benefits when shopping with us, we apply the following returns and exchanges policy.
01General terms
- Customers may exchange a product for a new one of the same type if it has an irreparable fault caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Products may only be exchanged after confirmation by the technical team and subject to the conditions below.
02Conditions for Policy Application
- Period of use: no more than 01 day for products.
- No cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents, yellowing, cracks…).
- All packaging, foam… must be included (except for goods packaged in PVC plastic film).
- All accompanying documents must be provided, including: proof of purchase, purchase invoice, warranty card, catalogue…
- All accompanying components, accessories and gifts (if any) must be included.
- If the above conditions are not fully met, the company reserves the right to decide whether to exchange the product.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and other costs… in accordance with company policy (if applicable).
03Return and Refund Policy
- If you find that a product does not match the specified model or standards, shows signs of repair, or is no longer new, you may return it for a 100% refund of your deposit or payment.
