All equipment supplied by Tâm Phát JSC is covered by a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, with clear procedures for receiving and handling warranty claims.
01Warranty Terms
- During the warranty period specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card, products are covered by free warranty service, repairs, and replacement parts for all manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Products eligible for warranty service must be genuine and installed and used in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Warranty service is provided only when the customer presents a fully completed warranty card to the manufacturer's warranty service staff.
02Cases not covered by the free warranty
- Failure to present the warranty card when requesting repairs.
- The information on the warranty card is incomplete or does not match the actual product.
- Damage caused by shipping, natural disasters, chemical use, or products being dropped, tipped over or subjected to external impact.
- Faults caused by unauthorized installation, improper use or storage, or failure to follow the instruction manual or warnings displayed on the product.
- Faults caused by normal wear and tear during use or unsuitable environmental conditions at the installation site.
After the warranty period, customers are responsible for repair and replacement costs in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
